This new build delivers more than 6,000 sq.ft of finished space shaped by Drew Laszlo’s architectural vision. Despite the client’s unforeseen challenges, we kept the project on budget and on time through structured guidance and disciplined cost management. The home includes a walkout basement and a strong connection to the pool area, creating an easy transition between indoor and outdoor spaces. The result is a bright, open, and thoughtfully organized family home.
