Project Portfolio

This project combined significant expansion with careful respect for the home’s heritage. A three-storey rear addition and complete interior rework allowed for larger, brighter living areas while select original features were restored. We raised the basement height without underpinning and used helical piles to support the new structure efficiently. Throughout the process, we assisted with structural decisions, permitting, and interior selection. The finished home feels renewed yet familiar.
